Every order is packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days via courier.
Available on every order, nationwide — pay when your parcel arrives at your door.
Unworn items in original condition with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Reach us via the contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
Keep the item unworn, in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund and confirm by phone or email.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
